Qrator Labs introduces SSO support for centralized access management

Qrator Labs has added Single Sign-On (SSO) support to its management dashboard, allowing customers to integrate the platform with existing corporate identity and access management (IAM) systems.

The implementation supports identity federation through OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC), enabling organizations to authenticate users through external identity providers instead of managing separate credentials within the platform itself. Supported providers include Keycloak, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, and other solutions compatible with these standards.

With SSO enabled, organizations can use their existing authentication infrastructure to manage access to the Qrator Labs dashboard without creating separate user accounts. The platform also supports mapping external user groups to internal dashboard groups, allowing administrators to centrally manage user permissions through existing IAM processes.

The new functionality is already available to all Qrator Labs customers.

“Organizations with mature IT infrastructures are increasingly looking to centralize authentication and authorization management while reducing the number of standalone accounts across the services they use,” said Andrey Leskin, Chief Technology Officer at Qrator Labs. “SSO support in Qrator Labs helps simplify access management without requiring customers to change their existing internal workflows.”
